good2tw（以下簡稱「我們」）尊重每一位客戶的個人資料。本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、如何使用，以及您依照台灣《個人資料保護法》、美國加州消費者隱私法（CCPA / CPRA）、歐盟一般資料保護規則（GDPR） 享有的權利。
good2tw ("we", "us") respects your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
我們收集的資料 / Data we collect
- 帳號資料：Email、姓名、電話（您主動提供）。 Account info you provide: email, name, phone.
- 訂單資料：商品、金額、收件地址、付款狀態。 Order data: items, amounts, shipping address, payment status.
- 使用記錄：頁面瀏覽、IP 位址（雜湊處理）、裝置類型。 Usage logs: page views, hashed IP, device type.
- 商品詢問內容：當您透過 AI 助理或客服功能提交問題時保留的紀錄。 Product questions you submit through the AI assistant or contact-support form.
用途 / How we use it
- 處理訂單、出貨、客服回覆。Fulfilling orders, shipping, customer support.
- 帳號驗證、登入安全。Authentication and account security.
- 網站效能改善與防詐欺。Site performance, fraud prevention.
- 您允許下，寄送與訂單相關的通知。 With your consent, sending order-related notifications.
我們不會把您的資料賣給第三方廣告商。We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
委託與分享 / Sub-processors
我們僅在必要範圍內，與下列服務商分享資料：付款服務商（藍新金流 NewebPay）、雲端基礎設施（Amazon Web Services）、Email 寄送（Amazon SES）、AI 商品助理（OpenAI）。所有合作對象皆有合約約束的資料保護義務。
We share data only with vendors strictly required to operate the service: payment processor (NewebPay), cloud infrastructure (AWS), transactional email (Amazon SES), and our AI product-question assistant (OpenAI). All have contractual data-protection obligations.
您的權利 / Your rights
台灣《個人資料保護法》 / Taiwan PDPA
您可以隨時要求查詢、更正、刪除您的個人資料，或停止對其特定使用。 You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing at any time.
加州 CCPA / CPRA — California residents
California residents have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt-out of sale or sharing (we do not sell your information). Submitting a request will not result in discriminatory treatment.
歐盟 GDPR — EU residents
EU residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port their data, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
我們僅使用必要的 Cookie（會話、登入、購物車）。沒有第三方追蹤型廣告 Cookie。 We use only essential cookies (session, login, cart). No third-party advertising trackers.
保留期間 / Retention
訂單與發票資料依台灣稅務法規保留 7 年；其餘帳號資料於您要求刪除後 30 天內處理完畢。 Order and invoice data are retained for 7 years to comply with Taiwan tax regulations. Other account data is removed within 30 days of a deletion request.
